The cost of one week of summer camp is $4,730 pesos (activities + daily lunch) + $770 pesos should families elect to use the bus service.

Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 2:00 p.m. each day from Monday to Friday.

Please be mindful that each week requires a registration. Registering for ONE week does not mean that you will register for the rest of the Summer Camp as charges are made independently each week.

* The class schedule may need to be adjusted based on numbers to ensure that all classes have the optimal numbers to provide a high quality experience for each child. All classes run for 50 minutes unless otherwise stated. Please study the form and collaborate with your child to select the most favorable schedule. Classroom activities offered are NOT remedial.

  • CUB Campers (Ages 4 to 6) must select 4 different activities. Should an activity be repeated, our staff will reach out to you in order to select a different option.
  • BEAR Campers (Ages 7 to 12) are able to select the same activity twice during the day, however, please be mindful that the content will be repeated throughout the day.

Payments will be available every Friday of the week of Summer Camp you registered for. ALL ASF families (Embassy ASF families as well), will be able to see the fee in your Parent Service Center and pay the same way you pay tuition. Should you wish to pay at school, the Cashier office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m. from Monday to Friday. *ASF will only make charges at the end of every week to ensure that the activity took place. Should the activity for any reason not take place, ASF will not make any charges.

To use the bus service you must fill out the bus form located on this page or inside a registration form ONCE for EACH child for all of the summer camp weeks. Please be aware that the transportation service carries an additional fee of $770 pesos per child, per week. The transportation office will contact you by the end of the week prior to the week you registered for with the corresponding bus information for your child. Routes are assigned to all campers with little time each week, therefore, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Should you NOT be interested in using the bus service, please be aware that you must make arrangements to drop-off and pick-up your camper(s) at school.

DROP FORM - Should your intention be to remove your camper from the program, please click here to fill out a Drop Form

Should you fail to drop and cancel your child's registration before the Wednesday, at noon prior to the week of camp attending you will incur a $1,000.00 pesos administrative charge.

  • Week 2 - Wednesday, June 14 before noon
  • Week 3 - Wednesday, June 21 before noon

***To ensure a high quality experience for each camper, we are not able to provide our service to external students in an effort to allow the community to enjoy our program.***
