The ASF girls varsity soccer team dominated the final ASOMEX championship match with a convincing 3-0 victory over John F. Kennedy School from Querétaro. María De Lluch, Regina Adame and Laura Herrera each scored in the final match. The Bear defense was stellar throughout the tournament and the championship match was no exception. Salma Albino-Hakim and Isabella Lucero split time at goalkeeping during the tournament and gave up only 2 goals during the entire tournament. The ASF varsity girls are strong in every position. This year, our dominance during the tournament was on display for all the ASOMEX teams to see. Again, this year, ASF girls proved they are the superior team among the ASOMEX schools. This is the 10th consecutive year ASF girls have made it to the championship match. It is our 5th championship in 10 years.
Congratulations!! Go Bears.
