The PA is a multicultural volunteer group of ASF parents whose goal is to promote the welfare of students and the integration of the community. The PA organizes events and efforts that build community, raise funds, support faculty and staff, and enable parents to be more involved in their children's lives at school. Throughout the school year, the PA organizes different activities and fundraising events to give parents an opportunity to get to know each other, get to know the school and get involved.

The PA is made up of different committees, each with its own activities, events and need for volunteers:

- Book Fair Committee
- Cultural Committee (Book Clubs)
- New Families Committee
- Sustainability Committee
- Volunteer Committee
Below are some of the main events and volunteer opportunities for this school year. With the exception of the PA General Meeting, you can participate in each activity at different time slots, without having to commit to the whole event:

We rely entirely on volunteer help from parents for all of our events. We realize, however, that each of our families is unique, with its own priorities, needs, talents, and time constraints, so we try to provide as many different kinds of opportunities for parent volunteer involvement as possible.
We are fortunate to have a strong community of engaged parent volunteers who work closely with our school to create an exceptional environment for ASF students. The PA is a team effort that starts with each of you!
