All ASF members are invited to the virtual Special Olympics!

Care to join us for some workout and fun? This is your chance! ASF has a long tradition of collaborating with Special Olympics Mexico, the largest athletic program worldwide for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

With the Upper School National Honor Society (NHS) in charge of logistics, the ASF campus has hosted Special Olympics events in previous years and welcomed athletes to our school for races, basketball games, volleyball games, soccer matches, swim meets, and other sports activities.

This year, because of the pandemic, we are going virtual. On Saturday, January 16, we invite you to join NHS members and Special Olympics Mexico athletes for a morning of fun and fitness for the entire family!

All you have to do is choose three routines from our schedule (download here) - all of which will be led by Upper School students - to create your own morning workout alongside Special Olympics athletes and other members of the community.

You can register here.

For more information, email US Activity Specialist, Jennifer Byrnes or NHS President Alejandra Díaz-Pizarro. We hope to see you there!
