ASF community members have an option to use the ASF athletic facilities. Memberships run until June 26, 2026. The schedule is very limited and the yearly fee reflects this. There is a $2,385 pesos joining fee with no monthly payments. There is also a $340 pesos fee to obtain an ID for the school year if you don't already possess an ID. Parents do not need to purchase an additional ID.

Facility Use Schedule For Parents, Alumni, Former Employees:

Weight Room & Cardiovascular Room
  • Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. & 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • The fitness room is closed to Recreation Members during school or community events such as league or tournament competitions. 
  • We are closed for long weekends and school holidays.

Swimming Pool & Pool Locker Rooms

 
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (2 lanes only if the ASF swim team practice is being held)
  • Friday 2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (2 lanes only if the ASF swim team practice is being held)
  • Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 lanes only if the ASF swim team practice is being held)
  • The pool is closed to Recreation Members during school or community events such as league or tournament competitions. 
  • We are closed for long weekends and school holidays.
Track
  • Monday - Friday  6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. .
  • The track is closed to Recreation Members during school or community events such as league or tournament competitions.
  • We are closed for long weekends and school holidays. 
Tennis Courts
  • By appointment only. 

Fees

  • Period: August 2025 to June 2026

- Parking Fee Punch Card: $350 (20 entries)

- Parking Fee: $40 (1 entry)

You may bring one guest with you up to one time per week. Please respect this guideline.

  • Process:
  • ​​Parents, Alumni, and Former Employees register here.
  • Download and fill out the security form located in the registration and send it to Sofia Islas at ael_office@asf.edu.mx. Or, if you are not able to download the form, simply come to the office and we will print one for you.
  • On the first day you use the facility, come into the office and see Sofia to direct you how to pay and get your ID.

 

Faculty and Staff Recreation Membership Guidelines

Use of the pool and fitness room:

  • All adults need to finish showering and be clothed no later than 7:15 a.m.  

  • From 7:15 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. only students should be occupying the locker rooms. 

  • No students in ECC, Lower School or Middle School are allowed in the pool or fitness room at any time before school.  

Facility Use for Faculty and Staff
Weight Room & Cardiovascular Room
  • Open 24 hours a day—use at your own risk.
  • Access is available with your Faculty/Staff ID card.
  • Please ensure the door is fully closed and secured upon exit.
