Bravo Bears Mission
The Bravo Bears Performing Arts parents support group is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant, inclusive community of adult volunteers who champion our talented student actors, musicians, dancers and technical crew. Through parent collaboration and support, we ensure every student performance shines. Together, we aim to elevate the visibility of the Performing Arts, sharing the excitement and passion of our student groups with the entire ASF community
What do we do?
The principal collective responsibilities of the Performing Arts Boosters include:
- Selecting Ensemble Parents for each group at the beginning of the school year and supporting them throughout the year.
- Designing, procuring, and selling Performing Arts merchandise and concessions at concerts, shows, and events on campus.
- Collaborating in the organization and support of the Art Fair Performance Showcase.
- Provide logistical and volunteer support before, during and after concerts and shows.
- Collaborating with the Performing Arts Coordinator, Cultural Affairs Coordinator, Offices of Institutional Advancement Communications and Athletics & Extended Learning, as well as with the Middle School and Upper School Activities Coordinators.
