Bear Boosters' Mission

Bear Boosters is a group of volunteer parents who champion ASF athletics, inspire community and boost school spirit. 

Bear Boosters' Vision

Bear Boosters envisions a school where every athlete travels with their team, every athletic family feels welcome and part of the community, and every person at ASF takes pride in being a Bear.

What do we do?

We champion ASF athletics by:

● Providing financial aid for athletes to travel with their teams to competitions outside of

Mexico City.

● Celebrating our athletes with special recognition such as an annual BEARS gift,

ASOMEX banners, and locker stickers.

● Co-hosting the annual athletics awards ceremonies with the Department of Athletics &

Extended Learning.

We inspire community by:

● Organizing and training Team Parents to foster communication and cohesion both within

and among sports teams.

● Purposefully engaging new volunteers to expand the number of parents who participate

in school activities.

● Supporting school wide events such as Kickoff, Homecoming, and the Final Sprint.

We boost school spirit by:

● Producing and selling Bear Wear products that foster school identity and pride.

● Encouraging the ASF community, via social media and chats, to cheer on our BEARS in

everything they do.
