We are strengthening our commitment to active, engaging learning informed by student interest. We will intentionally center the skills of communication, collaboration, and creativity that students will need for any future path.
Pillar III: Connect the ASF Community
We are strengthening the bonds that join our remarkable community of students, faculty, parents, and alumni. We will ensure each member has the resources they need to fully engage in the life of the school.
Bringing Our Vision to Life
The ASF Center for Innovation
We will establish a central hub for innovative, socially-engaged, and entrepreneurial activities. The Center will support inquiry and problem-solving through social entrepreneurship, a service learning requirement, and a "Pathways" internship program connecting students with alumni and parents.
A Commitment to Personalized Learning
We will enhance personalized learning by hiring sufficient faculty to achieve classes below 20 students in Middle and Upper Schools. In Lower School, our goal is to reach a student-to-faculty ratio in class of no more than 12-to-1.
