Schedule an interview
Upon completing the online application, you should have received an email with instructions for scheduling your interview.
Request recommendation forms
For K1, K2, K3 or 1st grade, please request one ASF School Recommendation form from your child’s current teacher. We recommend you request this form no earlier than October, to give the teacher time to get to know your child.
Participate in Observation
Based on available space, candidates will be invited to be assessed.
A $2,045-mxn fee is charged for the observation.
As they become available, send new report cards to admission@asf.edu.mx.
2nd to 11th Grade

Important:
- Successful applicants to Grades 1 and up will have a strong command of written and spoken English. English proficiency will be evaluated as part of the admission process.
- There is no English requirement for K1 and K2; K3 applicants should have an intermediate level of English.

- Grades 6-11: Please request three recommendation forms: one from the principal or counselor; one from the English teacher; and one from the math teacher.

Take school administered tests
Based on available space, qualified students will be invited to a testing session following the application deadline.
A $2,045- mxn fee is charged for the observation.

Families Arriving From Abroad
ASF offers rolling admission for families arriving from abroad. However, those who are able to meet the deadlines below should do so in order to receive a timely decision.

- Grades 6-12: Please request three recommendation forms: one from the principal or counselor; one from the English teacher; and one from the math teacher.
Schedule an interview and testing (if applicable)
Email admission@asf.edu.mx to request an interview and inquire about testing.
Testing may be waived if recent standardized test scores are included in the application.
A $2,045-peso fee is charged for the observation.
As they become available, send new report cards/transcripts to admission@asf.edu.mx.
