2) Apply online

To be eligible to apply the student must have a minimum of an 80% average and no failing grades.

Parents must follow this link to fill out the online admission application form.

3) Schedule an interview

After submitting the online application, parents of students applying from K1 to first grade should schedule an interview. From second grade to eleventh grade, families must follow the admission calendar.

Please note that all students must live with a parent or legal guardian while attending ASF. Guardians are required to join the applicant at the time of the admission interview so they understand the conditions of guardianship.

4) Send report cards and recommendation forms

Once you have submitted your online application, you should email current school records as they become available to the admissions office.

After the student has been enrolled in his or her current school for at least three months of the current academic year, you must request recommendation forms from that school. If you are applying for grades K1-5, please request one ASF School Recommendation form.

If you are applying for grades 6-11 please request three recommendation forms: one from the principal or counselor; one from an English or social studies teacher; and one from a math or science teacher.

5) Take school-administered test

A $1,500-peso fee is charged for each test:

  • The Admission and Financial Aid Office will schedule a visit to the ECC where candidates will be evaluated and observed.
Grades 2 through 12:
  • Applicants are interviewed and tested by the Admission and Financial Aid Office.

Admission Priorities

  • Qualified children who contribute to the diversity of the school
  • Qualified siblings of children already in attendance

  • ASF does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the admission of the applicants, the administration of its educational or other policies and its scholarship and tuition assistance programs, and any other ASF-administered programs. ASF admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at ASF.
