All purchases will be delivered to the supply warehouse or the maintenance warehouse. The school will not pay and is not responsible for any merchandise not delivered to the warehouses. The warehouses’ schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Under no circumstance will merchandise be received directly at the school. It must be sent to our shipping address in Laredo, TX. Please, contact the purchasing department for this information. This will be provided after your order has been approved.

Due to Mexican law, all merchandise purchased outside Mexico must be imported into the country. ASF cannot be responsible for orders placed by individuals that are not part of the purchasing department. All international purchases must be accompanied by a commercial invoice.
