ASF Swimmers Achieve New Swimming Records!

Twenty-two members of the ASF swim team, participated in the ASOMEX swimming tournament, held at San Roberto International School in Monterrey, Nuevo León and finished first in the medal count.

Other schools participating include Colegio Americano de Torreón, Colegio Americano de Saltillo, JFK de Querétaro, TJ de Guadalajara and San Roberto International School of Monterrey.


Along with these impressive results, the following four new records were established:

  • 50m Backstroke: Simon Bermudez 33.08
  • 50m Breaststroke: Tomohiro Nozaki 33.20
  • 100 Individual Medley: Enrique Valero, Valero, 1:02.38
  • 100 Individual Medley: Tomohiro Nozaki, 1:04.27

In addition, all ASF swimmers improved their Personal Best records. This weekend we will follow up with an CDMX association meet as four of our students have qualified for the Nationals that will take place in Guadalajara next month.
