Class
and Area Representatives
The
American School Foundation, A. C. (MR) is
interested in communicating with all its Alumni.
Remember, you are the ones who made our school what
it is today! We
are constantly updating our database, and trying to stay in
touch with everyone, but it is not as easy as it sounds! We
need committed alumni volunteers to be the ambassadors between
The American School and its Alumni: to help us reconnect with
our former students and encourage participation in programs
and reunions. Any
American School graduate can serve as a class or area representative
- the more volunteers we have, the better The American School
Alumni program will be. It is not very time consuming
to be a Rep: we just ask you to keep in touch with your former
classmates and keep them informed of upcoming events, reunions,
etc. What
are a Representative's responsibilities?
-
Encourage
classmates to stay in touch with each other and with ASF
-
Promote
alumni events and class receptions to fellow classmates
-
Assist
the Alumni Office to track and update classmates' data
-
Support
our School as a phonathon volunteer, making phone calls during
the annual phonathon to benefit ASF's Annual Giving Fund
-
Attendance
to as many of our social, cultural, and professional events
as you are able to attend
Please
bear in mind that these assignments can be accomplished on your
own particular schedule. Our goal is to have enough Class and
Area Representatives to cover all of our alumni worldwide.
